Complete Fabrication is a model making and special effects company. They approached us to redesign their identity including promotional material and website. The result is a clean and concept driven identity that reflects the company’s dedication to process and their craft.
Concept
Complete Fabrication has a proven track record of clients from the arts and design world including Adjaye Associates, Yoko Ono, David Musgrave or Tacita Dean. It was important that the redesign emphasizes the quality of Complete Fabrication's work, their exceptional collaboration with their clients, close attention to detail and pro-active approach in finding the best possible way to make the project happen.
Design and development
To mirror these qualities, we suggested a design that builds upon the idea of a notebook or timetable.
The first implementation of the design arose in the form of actual project sheets that could be filed in a folder. Each sheet would display a specific project as well as outlining the production stages, timescale and applied techniques.
The same design and concept was carried through to the website, that displays different clients' projects in the form of 'project sheets'.
